The development at Fairfield care home will ensure the home’s future, providing care to, and employing, generations of people from the local Bedworth community. The new care cottage will add an additional 10 ensuite bedrooms with their own lounge, dining area and kitchen to the care home.

The extension is separate to the main building, so there will be no impact for current residents.

The plan shows the layout and how the new care cottage, called Fair Cottage, will look inside once complete.

Fair Cottage, will use the latest design principles and innovations including circadian lighting and acoustic monitoring. We also plan to create a central plaza to give existing residents and their families a space to sit and relax undercover, with a café and continental outside-living feel.

Fairfield has been an important part of the local community for over 60 years, and we’re proud to be able to secure the provision of private and socially funded care for Bedworth residents long into the future.
