Maria joined The Limes in 2024 as Administrator, bringing with her 40 years of experience in the care sector. She began her career as a carer and progressed into management roles, specialising in dementia care and improving quality standards.

Maria is often the first person you’ll speak to or meet when visiting The Limes. She takes pride in creating a warm welcome and is dedicated to making daily life better for residents. Whether it’s chatting with residents or listening to their stories, Maria values the small moments that make a big difference. She is also setting up a lunch club to encourage social connections among residents and to help families create lasting memories.

We know we’re only as good as our last act of care, so we recruit team members who embody our values whilst also simply being themselves, bringing all of their different personalities, interests and passions to work to create a diverse team of carers.

Karen has worked at WCS Care since 2004.
